From Choice Seedlings to Windy Hills Farm & Elora
Our journey began in 2004 with Choice Seedlings, supplying seedlings to farms across NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
Over the past 20 years, Choice has established a reputation for its consistency, reliability, and long-standing relationships with growers, many of whom supply Australia’s leading supermarkets, independent grocers, and hospitality venues today.
During the disruption of COVID, when supply chains collapsed and produce suddenly had nowhere to go, we pivoted with courage and heart.
That moment reshaped everything. What started as survival became transformation, leading us to launch Windy Hills Farm, our hydroponic line of herbs and salad heads designed for retail and independent grocers.

Elora means “sun ray”, a tribute to the sun as the pure source of life, growth, and energy behind every micro herb, edible flower, baby vegetable and delicate leaf we produce. It’s a symbol of hope, light, and regeneration.
